I would consider myself intermediate-advanced in my pilates. I have moved away from the pilates studio in which I worked out and want to buy a reformer for my home. My budget limits me to the Stamina Aero Pilates Pro XP 557. Is this reformer sturdy and applicable for someone of my abilities??
thanks
